The Guest House Cottage Rooms - A Barbados Vacation Rental
The Sea-U Cottage, a beach vacation home in Barbados, has two spacious studio apartments on the top floor. Located on the ground level is a 1-bedroom-apartment. All rooms are non-smoking and have Air Condition. - The Cottage Superior Studio (No 7) has a 4-poster-bed, a kitchenette w/o hot plate and a bathroom with tub/shower. This room can sleep up to 2 adults. - The Cottage Studio (No 6) has one queen size bed, an additional sofa bed, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It can accommodate up to 3 adults. - These two studios may be reserved together or separately making it a wonderful beach vacation home. Both studios share the same spacious patio offering hammocks and comfortable deck chairs. Traditional louvered doors and windows combined with ceiling fans keep the Atlantic breezes steady in this vacation rental. - The 1-bedroom-apartment (No 5) has its own smaller patio, air-condition, panorama windows, a living room with rattan furniture and a joined kitchen. The bedroom has a king size bed out of mahogany and the bathroom is very spacious with a walk-in-shower making it a great vacation home. The privacy of the Sea-U Cottage affords you the tranquility of old world Barbados and a modern vacation rental. The main building of Sea-U Guest House in Barbados is located right next door. A couple of steps and you reach the garden with its evergreen lawns, swinging hammocks, sun beds and the small restaurant. There you can enjoy the complementary breakfast. All rates are quoted in US$ per room per day, double occupancy and are available only by booking through Internet.
7.5 % VAT on rooms and 15 % on meals will be added. Additional US$ 28 for extra person.

Deposit
We will take a 3-night deposit per room or 50 % for 8 or more nights and for Packages. For reservations of less than 3 nights, full payment is required at the time of booking and acts as the deposit. Visa and Master Card are accepted.

Cancellation Policy
We recommend that you take out insurance against the possibility of cancellation fees which are as follows: A refund of the deposit, only if cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival in summer and 28 days in winter. Failing this we will take US$ 50 as a cancellation fee.
No refunds will be made after guest arrival (year round).
